The American Landscape-How to Become an Open Society in the 21st Century- This ongoing project was generated by a cross-country road trip conducted between June and September of 2009. In creating landscapes and portraits of military families and non-military related subjects, the artist asks, What does American War mean and look like to me? And How these mosaic pieces create the dialogue within the context of American Landscape?
